Lue is amazing. I called her office at 1pm, as a new client, (I found her on Google), and she had a nurse in my mom’s home by 6pm. She had 12 hour nurse shifts for the next 11 days until we could get our mom into care. Lue’s communication and follow up with my sister and I was exceptional, and if we had any questions she answered our text message/call within 5 minutes. I highly recommend United Respite Care under the guidance and direction of Lue.
Following a difficult hospitalization for my mother, we hired Respite Care to provide daily companion support, and they have been exceptional. Their caregivers have treated my mother with kindness, dignity, patience, and genuine compassion. They assisted with personal care, meals, medication reminders, mobility, exercise, social engagement, and household tasks, but most importantly, they helped restore her confidence and independence during recovery. The detailed daily and weekly summaries gave our family tremendous peace of mind and allowed us to stay informed about her progress. The caregivers built meaningful relationships with her and adapted their approach to respect her desire for independence while still ensuring her safety.
